Interview Tips
Prepare Ahead
Think about the questions you’re likely to be asked, such as “Why do you want this role?” or “What makes you a good fit?” Write down your answers to the 15 most common interview questions. Practice them so your responses feel natural and confident. If needed, prepare a backup answer in case the interviewer wants more detail.
Show Your Best Self
Ask thoughtful questions during the interview. Share examples of your work, like presentations or customer recommendations, to highlight your skills. If relevant, consider sharing a short video or clip that showcases your abilities. Explain your thought process as you answer questions—we’re interested in how you approach challenges and solve problems, not just your technical skills.
Do Your Homework
Learn about our company, our team, and our customers. Check out our LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram to get a sense of who we are and how we communicate. Be ready to talk about your past experiences, focusing on how you’ve clearly communicated ideas, connected with others, and delivered results.
How to Stand Out
Be Proactive
Reach out to the hiring manager before your interview to confirm any details or instructions. Take a moment to review your skills — both technical and interpersonal — and think about how they align with the role you’re applying for.
Be Thorough
Craft a resume that tells your story. Highlight your accomplishments and describe the projects you’ve worked on. We’re excited to learn more about what you bring to the table.
Be Engaged
After your interview, send a follow-up message to the hiring manager or interviewer. Share your thoughts on the process and ask any questions you may have — we’re here to help.
